Most Wanted Laksa

Assalamualaikum…

This week is the fourth week after returning to Melbourne , the weather at the end of August is still cold, so I do really want to eat hot food which makes my body warmer. Moreover, today weather is complex (combination of wind and heavy rain) and I want to eat Laksa. If I were in Indonesia, I would buy Laksa at Restaurant or call a meatball seller  or another food seller.

However , I’m in Melbourne , precisely in Clayton which means that I should do everything by myself, including preparing a food. I know that I could buy, but I was wondering whether there was Halal Laksa at Clayton. Moreover, I would be sad if I found that Food in a restaurant also be cooked with Instant Sauce (I think I prefer to cook than buy it). Today, after class , I was groceries shopping at Clayton Shopping Centre, I bought bean sprouts , rice noodles, laksa instant seasoning , canned coconut milk and  prawn (shrimp the price is very expensive , AUD 18.99 / kg) .

After arriving home and praying, I did really want to prepare Laksa when I remembered that I am fasting. So I will make it nearly to breakfast time. Finally, I decided to study and began to work on an assignment. However, I did a blog -walking to Mbak deny’s website, then I continued browsing to food lover group  and found this recipe called ‘Laksa Singapore (Singapore is so far from Melbourne, I prefer going to New Zealand instead of Singapore and maybe In NZ there is someone asking me “would you marry me ? … hahhaha I dream a lot).

Lastly, I am tired writing English and this is the Singapore Laksa Recipe from Tania Wong. I will post it on my  blog masakanku, the Laksa made by me later.
